Background
English Communication Ability both verbal and in writing is very fundamental especially in the globalization era, since the information technology on products and services nowadays, has already been dominated by English, which notabene constitutes an International Language. However, it is necessary to realize that translating skill cannot be learned merely by inguistics approach, since there are two more important aspects than just linguistics, namely socio-linguistic and psycho-linguistic approaches, altogether named “philological approach”. Based on those matters, we, Hapsa et Studia, prefer to specialize ourselves in English Translation Education to Bahasa Indonesia and vice versa. We also provide intensive programs, among others,General English,TOEFL Preparation In-class Teacher education Program,In-house / Company Training and Sunday Executive Class. Applying SEIC (Simplified English Intensive Course) Method, formulated by Rachmat Effendi (Hapsa et Studia) in collaboration with Dr. Barry Pinkerton (SEB California) and initially developed to be used by Hapsa Group, all learning and teaching processes of English become more practical and convenient.

SEIC Method
With this method, learning English becomes much easier, because memorizing sentence formulas, which was previously considered to be difficult, now becomes very simple, since it only applies one sentence formula to learn all aspects of language. That is why the method is named SEIC (Simplified English for Intensive Course). It resulted from the collaboration of Dr. Barry Pinkerton from California USA and Rachmat Effendi from Hapsa et Studia, and was further adopted by Hapsa Group for teaching since 1992.

ENGLISH WRITING, SPEAKING & TRANSLATION for
SMA & UNIPREP (University Preparation) STUDENTS.
Requirements:
SMA students with strong basic English qualification and the score of English subject at school at least 7.5 since this program focuses on practice rather than the theory of writing different types of letters, short stories, reports, composing speech and business presentation techniques as well as presenting them in English, guiding, translating etc. Led by practitioners of translation (translator / interpreter widely experienced in different types of international events. This class is very suitable for SBI/RSBI students and those having similar qualification, especially those intending to continue their studies abroad, so that they will be able to grasp the lessons easily. In the end of these programs, hopefully they will achieve their scores of TOEFL at least 500.

Distance Learning
Motivated by the fact that so many interested students state their intention to study at Hapsa et Studia, we set out to open our new program, namely Distance Learning. This Pogram is open to public, to enable sudents to interact directly with translation without having to face the limitedness of time and space.
